Return & Exchange
Policy - We accept return/exchange.
We only accept returns or exchanges on any
merchandise that have not altered and have not been
worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom
sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized
by the designer for you.
In order for your return or exchange to be
accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:
• You have 2 business days from the time DHL
delivers to the designated shipping address to notify
us that you would like to return the item.
• You need to contact us before you return them
and we will give you our mailing address for returning
items.
• The item must be in brand-new, unworn
condition.
• We must receive the item within 7 days after
we give our return address. If we do not receive your
item within 7 days, no return or exchange will be
given.
• Once we receive your return dress in 7 days, we
will refund money to you. Refund would subject to $65
re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance
charges are not refundable.
• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be
charged.
